Cannot access hardwarezone through firefox

When using firefox ver62 64-bit, I get the error;

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to forums.hardwarezone.com.sg. The OCSP response does not include a status for the certificate being verified. Error code: MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_OCSP_RESPONSE_FOR_CERT_MISSING

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Noted that the TS had this error for the morning. Am checking with kok leong now.

As we are on office secured network, our firefox is working fine. Will have to try at home tonight on this and update here tomorrow.

For now, pls try other browsers on your side.

Hmmm, interesting.

I'm on Firefox 62.0 (64-bit) too but so far no issues accessing HWZ.

What OS are you using?

If it's Windows - is it set to receive auto updates?
Not long back, major SSL certs expired and renewed. If the OS has been constantly updated, it would have received its necessary dose of upkeep.

Just some checks from my tech team to eliminate possible bottlenecks.
