Cannot access Mac Start Up Manager

Hi all

I tried to access Mac Start Up manager by pressing "option" button after restart.

But it is not going into the start up manager. Instead it goes straight to the login page.

Anyone experience this before?

Reboot, depress the option key until the screen with the boot drives appear.
