Cannot choose roommate in NUS?!

Heard and seen on forums that we cannot choose our own roommates in NUS halls! Is that true?! Oh man

Hey! I'm not too sure how true is this, but I heard you're allowed to do so for Raffles! So I guess perhaps it depends from hall-to-hall.

But I think the best would be to call / email in to the respective halls to check with them! :) Their contact details should be readily available on their web page!
