Cannot delete apps in iOS 14

No issue deleting. How do you delete the app?

Press and hold until the app wiggles, then tap the - sign. It just somehow doesn’t delete. By right it should.
Surprised that no one had that issue...

yes tried, in fact it doesn't react to shutdown(pressing vol + side button). I had to go setting, general to shutdown.

Try deleting via settings>General>iPhone storage.

Look for the app then delete

Settings > Screen time > Content & Privacy Restriction > Make sure Content & Privacy Restriction is enabled > Itunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > ALLOW.

I think if you go down, they will most likely ask you to do a reset. Cause this is likely a software issue.
