Hi all
Got this mouse today from SLS. It doesn't come with the USB transceiver like most wireless mice and require connection over bluetooth.
I tried connecting on 2 different systems that runs on Windows 10, a desktop and my gaming laptop (i5 and i7 systems). Both exhibited different behavours:
1. On the desktop, the pairing worked but after 30-45 seconds. Once connected, the cursor jumped all around the place and it was totally unusable.
2. on the laptop, it would't even detect the mouse during the 'add new bluetooth' step
Thinking it was a faulty device, I returned it to the shop and got a 1-to-1 replacement... to my disappointment, the same thing happened again.
However, on my wife's work computer running Windows 7, it could pair up properly and functioned properly. This leads to to think it's a Windows 10 issue?
Anything else I can try? Else will need to make another trip back to SLS to change for something else.. turning out to be an expensive mouse haha
