Hi all, just bought a new WD My Passport ehdd.
Ehdd is visible on my “disk managment” but not found in my computer.
Saw some reviews online stating that maybe my ehdd is not labelled.
May i know how to solve the problem, and also label my ehdd.
Thanks alot

you may have to enable/activate your drive in the disk mgmt. after that, you have to assign a drive letter in disk mgmt for it to be visible in my computer.

i saw your post, you are using win xp system. you might want to download usb driver for it if cant be detected.

you can access that via the disk management window. you can find your external drive, right click and enable.. somewhere around the idea. then follow the process and you will be asked to assign a drive letter. or you may also right click and change drive letter or path. from there you can select which drive letter to use.

you may refer to this link for detailed steps.
