I'm on starhub, and my instagram wont load fully when i'm on mobile data. The feed will load and the comments will load, but the picutres will be blurred (load halfway) and stop loading. Once i'm on wifi, it loads immediately.

Any advice? My mobile network is good, everything else works and is fast, downloads are fast, speedtest shows 80mbps.

80Mbps over LTE? That is clearly lack of optimisation on StarHub's side already.

Call them, they'll just reply you with the shitty statements that it is due to poor coverage etc.

If the problem continue to persist, maybe it's time to change carrier?

not really looking at blazing speeds, 80mbps is more than sufficient for my needs actually, more concerned about instagram not loading. Is starhub restricting data for certain usage? Or maybe its my phone settings etc. using samsung note 5.

can try
- go to
13144920_1059203434126629_2131837076_n.png

- menu [the 3 dots at top right]
- scroll down to Cellular Data Use
- try changing to Default [instead of Use Less Data"]

Thanks!

Just checked, it was at default already. Problem was that it stopped loading after loading the blurred image. so its not slow network, its totally not even loading..

go to Setting > Mobile networks > Access Point Names, try each of them

I set it to IMS, and it worked! not sure if postpaid starhub settings work now but i'll try tmrw to see.

Whats up with that? You know the explanation?
