Cannot post in this thread after I asked for explanation on my infraction points. Hello, this is not a communist forum leh. I got freedom of speech. I practice democracy. This is abusing moderator power against free speech.

May I remind the moderators that this is not Liverpool fan club forum. This is a general opinion forum. If Liverpool fans not happy, they can go back to their fan club site.

One Liverpool infraction doesn't means I cannot engage in general discussion in all football matters.

I don't see why it is necessary for you to comment in this thread; clearly TS is seeking clarification from the mods and thus far, in my frank opinion, your comments are irrelevant. It would be desirable for all if you could exercise some restraint before posting replies, especially in this section.

I don’t follow football. As far as I can see, you have a reply ban / time out from thread until the 17 Oct 2021.

The reason stated by the issuing moderator for the time out is for: Repeated name-calling of clubs/players in a "clean" thread.

There are some thread rules on the first post - which highlights the intent of the thread as a place for friendly chatter amongst aficionados.. particularly points 2,4,5.

I am not fully privy to what you did in the thread to earn you the time out but do take note of how you post in the future

In the same thread, there are references of,
- Chelski as in Chelsea
- manure as in man u
- gooner as in gunner
- liverpoo as in Liverpool

I would expect the same treatment to the offenders. All these are allowed but mine is not allowed. What kind of rules are you referring to?

Context matters in many cases. I have looked back on your postings and noted your history of unfriendly banters / name calling across different versions of this thread. For these multiple instances, you posts have removed and you were reminded through post deletion notifications and warnings.

Therefore, it cannot be said (or given the benefit) that your actions are one off or said in a rare heated moment - which happens to the best of us sometimes. Noting this, I would say to work on your behaviour and cut off the name calling if you want to participate in the thread. This thread time out is a result of your negative postings.
Else, a continued reply ban is good for you - since you can still catch up without disrupting other users.

As mentioned, I don’t follow football and hence, I will leave it to my other football catching and frenzy moderators to determine if your reports have validity. You will receive the status of those reports via the forum notifications system.
