Cannot surf net or update with different telco sim card

Was playing with my M1 Xperia Z1 just bought at Sitex 2013.
Was able to fully use the phone for various internet connection.
Then I swap the M1 sim card to Singtel sim card which was on the 3G 12GB data plan.
Suddenly I got no connect to the internet, cannot access FB, update apps etc.
Is the phone lock to M1 or what happen?

Did you download the internet settings for ST since it had only M1 settings before you swapped the sim card?

@ctually not my phone. Bought for wife.
For me thinking of getting ultra but feel it is too big and don't have the flash.

Now trying way mirroring software but my Sony TV NX720 cannot link. :（
