Canon 650D vs 700D

Hi canon experts please advise me on my new DSLR, i have done some research and i cant see much difference btwn this 2 models .. pls advice which one i should get and where to buy it?

PS. i was walking arnd amk hub and the guy quoted me 1099 for 700D plus lens kit .. any where else i can get cheaper?

$1099 for 700D + lens kit? Are you kidding me? Which shop??? I last checked its 1.5k, if 1099 then 650D + kit below 1k liao meh?

700D is only a slightly upgrade version .

the 650D price has drop quite a lot. don need to purchase from the canon shop. you can visit alan photo or TK -photo to get the cheapest price.

the current price for 650D with kit 2 cost $1200+ , while 700D with kit 2 cost $1300+.

+1 on this. If you are in AMK, can check out MS Color too. Or SLR Revolution in Funan.

I really dont see the point in getting a 700D especially you are paying quite a few dollars just to say you have the 'latest' DSLR. At the rate Canon refreshes its entry level cameras, such bragging rights wont last long.

You can consider a 600D or even a 650D. Better still, get one used from Clubsnap's Buy n Sell section. Many upgraders and people who regret impulse purchases there.
