my suggestion is dun get entry dslr, you will want to upgrade soon =d
get a mid range like 6D or 7D which is a little more buck

It's very good, the best entry-level DSLR I've ever used and a very capable camera.

The 7D is not mid-range, it's a pro-spec APS-C camera. The 6D is enthusiast level full frame. Both a waste of money for someone just getting into photography.

I'd definitely advise the 760D first then if you do take it seriously you can upgrade in 3-4 years time. I would avoid the 70D, although it has better specs the image quality is the same and most features you won't ever use when you are starting out.

The 760D is the best blend of price & features for someone beginning their photography hobby! It's also the least expensive/risky option in case you decide taking photography seriously is not for you.

Quite true, if the person is those careless type, even if spoil the camera due to mishandling also not that heartache
