Canon printer HELP!

Hi guys,

I've just bought a laser mono imageclass few weeks back.

I've tried a few times but couldn't get the dpi as advertised, max only 300dpi. (using the software provided)

i'm using wifi, any help would be much appreciated! thanks.

SCAN Scan ResolutionOptical: Up to 600 x 600dpi
Driver Enhanced: Up to 9600 x 9600dpi
