Already answered!

you are lucky..

all 3 times I went.. all asked..

Mine was easy, cause it is really faulty, LCD total no display of pic from the lens liao. 1 colleague was an old SLR film camera, that we claim it is intermittent in power source, that the CS say can try to repair, as already EOL, and we specifically ask whether can have Privilege Purchase. the other colleague also need to tell CS what was wrong with her old cam.

Hi,

Anybody wants to exchange an old working camera (preferably Canon A95) with my faulty canon camera for the trade in?

Please PM me. Thanks!

It really works:flash:!!!! Today I bought a Canon EOS 500D with18-200mm Lens @ $1588(original $1999)!!!! Thats about 20% discount!!!!Now just waiting to pay up when ready for collection:s12:

Yes, they r selling this model too. EOS 7D original price with 15-85mm lens @ $3849, 18-135mm lens @$3249, Body @ $2699......So U just minus 20% and U get roughly the discounted price!!!!:D

So what r u waiting for?:s11: Just bring any old, spoiled Cannon camera to the service center and let them quote U the price.:s13:

if you read reviews.. 7D performance are similar to 550D

with the later edging out in more than 1 category

but if you really do need the missing features.. by all means. :)

why 500D? i would have opt for the 550D instead :)

I wanted a maximum zoom lens which i can afford. But 550D package only come with 18-135mm lens.
And I am just a beginner, therefore I feel 500D works fine for me:look:

Is it? That's a surprise as spec are quite different.

Anyway, I'm interest in the body only. Lens I'm getting are Canon EF100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM and Tokina AF 10-17mm F/3.5~4.5 This setup is intended mainly for underwater photgraphy.

Already have a 450D with Tamron AF18-250mm F/3.5-6.3.
