Can't access my own profile?

Dear Admin,

I have emailed you at membership@hardwarezone.com.sg few weeks ago but receive no reply at all regarding about my account here. So now I have to re-apply another account just to post here. :-(

I have tried to access my own profile but received system message as below:

*userid*, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
3. If you used to have privileges to post, it can be due to your email address has been detected as invalid by our system. Click here to resolve.

I have re-validated my email address and all went through successfully but still received the same message?

PS: I will PM my account details once I receive a respond from admin here. Thanks

It appears likely that your account has gone inactive because there was no email verification after its registration. Please PM us with the username of the account and we will reactivate it for you.
