Can't boot into BIOS, shows an underscore.

Whenever I boot up my PC, it does not go into BIOS and instead is stuck with this screen:

The underscore does not blink like it's reading a disc; it simply freezes. I tried troubleshooting it by removing the HDD and SSD, changed up the RAM in the slots and leaving only one, but to no avail.

The strange thing is, I can spam the power button many, many times until it finally boots up fine and I can use it.

Reflash BIOS in windows

this screen is mostly a broken hdd, but it could be other issues.

are you able to get to bios?

Most probably it's an issue with your mobo. If it happens again, I suggest you bring your mobo for a check if not RMA it.
