I just built a brand new PC.

My specs are as follows:
Mobo: Z590 Aorus Ultra
CPU: Intel 11700KF
Ram: Trident Z Neo 3600mhz
Storage: WD Black SN850 2TB
PSU: EVGA 850 P2 (reused from my previous PC)
GPU: Gigabyte Xtreme Gaming 1080 (also reused from previous PC)

I managed to install Windows OS on the first attempt after turning it on the first time.

But right after installation, after the restart, it just can't boot into Windows anymore. It will just cycle through the shutting down and powering up on its own endlessly.

However, I still can access the bios setup without any issue.

Anyone can help please?

i would suggest posting in regular hardware clinic, as this subforum doesnt get the most views.

as for ur issue, would be helpful to have a video of the power cycling. does the debug led show any abnormal codes?

I did post on the hardware clinic but so far no reply there.

what do you mean by power cycle video? the PSU just auto restart after being unable to boot into Windows. it just repeating the same thing.

the debug led also never really register any codes as the system just auto restart straightaway.

sad man

wah is those kind of power on for 1-2 seconds then restart ah? then ya i guess debug led also no use. i think better to just bring to sls to diagnose, always see the laojiaos recommend this nigel on l2, can go search up abit.

Moved. Check the debug leds on the mobo if they are any.

Most probably is the video resolution/driver conflict.....try logging into safe mode......and disable the video drivers and set to basic.....

At which stage does the system restart, after POST, before Windows logo?
Or after Windows logo, before the OS is loaded?
