Can't boot pc.

I'm having issues booting my computer it keep going to bios menu even when I tried going to boot menu. The back story is the day before I installed a new graphic card and it was running fine. So today I decided to upgrade my ram so currently 2+2 so I added another 4 Gb. Since it kept going to the bios screen I took out my New ram and it still produced the same error. It recognize my hdd and ram. So since that didn't work out I tried hooking up my usb harddrive and tried reformatting and changing priority boot and stuff but when I press on the button for boot menu it shows me my bios

maybe u can reset ur cmos. unplug from the wall and remove ur mobo battery for a few mins. dan put them back together and try on again n see.

Well thanks for the reply it turned out my delete button was stuck. That was why it keep booting to bios LOL.
