Cant click on numbers in message

Hi guys,

Recently had this problem with my phone, i cant click on the numbers to call directly anymore.

Anyone knows what settings did i messed wrongly or any way to solve this? you can see from the picture that t

Backed up everything and try hard reset? Just a suggestion

Or go to setting, application manager, all, then look for messages.. then clear data, clear cache.. same for whatsapp.. see can or not..
