Cant Detect External Hardisk

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the trouble again. just tried to connect my buffalo 1TB hard drive to my upgrade rig (change MoBo and GPU) and it seems like cant detect the external hard drive.

Is it driver problem? or connection to the MoBo problem?

too little information provided.
can your 1TB drive detected on another machine ?
