Can't detect Sim Card

iPhone 5, SIM card is working condition, but can't be detected even after On/Off, and full factory reset done. Now stuck at the activation, because can't detect SIM card.

Anyone have good, reliable repair shop to recommend, can fix on the spot? About how much for this kind of repair? I live in West area.
