Can't reset password?

Wanted to update my profile...but can't login despite resetting my password.
Have a feeling is my username that is causing the problem.

Ensure that you type your username as "Fish & Chip", case-sensitive and appropriate spaces.

I was able to login from the main page (https://secureforums.hardwarezone.com.sg/logon.php) with the generated password, however I could not login again when I attempted to access Quick Links > Edit Option (http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/profile.php?do=editoptions) with the same set of credentials.

It just prompts that I have entered a wrong username or password.

Sorry i missed your reply and I did not check my inbox till now.

Mind if I trouble you to send it again when you are free?

On a side note, the email that you sent is the same as those I received when I reset it myself. So i'm not sure if it will work though. But no harm trying.

Technically it should be the same type of email that allows you to reset your password.

We have sent you the new password reminder email.

I have received the email but sad to say, I am able to login at the main page, but failed login with the same set of credential (with the resetted password as indicated in the email) at the User CP.

Edit: Username and password all case-sensitive noted.

Can show us a screenshot of it? and let us know which or the browsers you have used and still have issue so that we can isolate the issue.
