Can’t use Citi premiermiles

[denn23]

Anyone using premiermiles in Japan ?
i can’t seem to use it .: not in Disney . Not in takashimya . No where

they use the insert credit card option.

anyone faced this problem ? Called Citi twice and they kept telling me it’s no problem . :/

Is that a mastercard credit card?

Should be usable overseas.

Some banks like dbs allow a user to disable credit card overseas use.
So make sure it is enabled.
