Lei Gardens @ Chijmes, it has 13 private rooms if you're willing to splurge. The food is great and I'm not talking about their "dim sum dishes" that the plebeian go for.

For food presentation-wise, I would recommend Summer Pavilion, the interior is very modern and may appeal to a younger audience.

I have. The place is very traditional Chinese but the food is okay. Personally find the food at Cherry Garden better than Jiang Nan Chun with nicer decor. Summer Pavilion and Summer Palace are pretty good. Golden Peony is a no no for me. Hua Ting isn't that great anymore. Li Bai still decent. Wan Hao is ok as well. There are still many more Chinese restaurants but it's troublesome to list everything down.

Yeah i understand. Thank you thou for your kind input!
I'm getting looking for a cantonese restaurant for overseas guest. so wanted somewhere whereby the ambience will have the wow factor and not compromising on the food.

I guess summer pavilion will be the best choice?

Yes Summer Pavilion would be a good choice. If you want nicer decor, can try Cherry Garden.

Is Tong Le private dining considered Cantonese? I've never been before but photos look nice.

Mixture I guess? Did the AMEX menu before and though quality of ingredients was good, execution was fairly average.
