Bo pian once stuck with higher price bought years ago. I could not recall I paid for the 10k too. Probably close to my bought price soon.

CAPL did some heavy shopping in Tokyo this morning. They bought 3 office building & a shopping mall in Saitama. For those of you who don't know where saitama is, it's in the suburb of Tokyo, where Croesus retail trust's biggest mall is located. I know becos I went there to take a peep at Mallage Shobu during my holiday in Tokyo.

For FY16, CapitaLand sold a record total of 12,789 homes. In Singapore, the group sold 571 residential units with a sales value of $1.4 billion.
The group also achieved a second consecutive year of record residential sales in China, with 10,738 units sold at a value of RMB18.1 billion or about $3.7 billion In FY15, 9,402 units were sold at RMB15.4 billion.

With so many catalysts glistening under the sun, no wonder CAPL is setting new 52 week highs daily....
On the way to $3.80, then beyond...I would say many many are in 1 year high except the poor telcos,CDG etc.
