wait for the bulk of COEs to be released.
price of car is greatly affected by COE. the dealers profit margins are more or less fixed one. they won't give too much discount. the ARF, OMV, COE are the main cost drivers.

no dealers will sell cars below cost. and cost includes their employees salaries , maintenance of their atas buildings , etc .

Cannot afford COE. Do not bother to attend.
Only for the 3% elite in SG. Not for the 70% struggling masses.
Very bad to have car show 2 days after Labour Day. Never consider feelings of the Proletariat.

LTA reviews supply every 3 months. They say COE supply will be highest in 2026 but they bring forward some of 2026's supply to 2025. The short answer to the question is only LTA knows.

Even if there's a bump in COE supply, PHV rental companies will absorb them faster than we think.

Just see how many SN* plates with phv label on the road.

Your probably won't see the bulk release? As they are actually releasing some now. They may keep release some till no bulk to release.
