1. SPC service Care
2. Shell autoserv
3. Autobacs

Any reviews and experience for these three car services? Was thinking of going to spc service Care for my upcoming car service

Cheapest will be at those older workshops. You can buy your own engine filter and air con filter online to DIY to save more costs. For repairs, buy from stockists and get those older workshops to just charge labour to fix for you.

Any recommendations for workshops?

For normal EO, filter change and all the safety points checks, any workshops can do.
So far, saw cheapest was a $33.30 and went for it last month.
Search for F1 Garage in FB.

If you buy own EO and filter, then head to workshop, will cost more than $ 33.30

Outside workshop $33.30, can get it liao. Don't need DIY for EO and filter change.:)

Thanks. Will give it a shot. But what's your take on spc car care and shell autoserv?
I only do with small workshop if don't have AD servicing package and I think it is good.

I did some works with one of the shell workshop, after I bought my first 2nd hand car, and felt like I got fleeced or talked into replacing things that don't need replacement. But it's just A feeling, no concrete evidence

Never stepped or considered stepping into workshops in gas stations ever again, since got so many options outside

Meaning to say autobacs is a more reputable one?

Your car has to be in the best condition. Cheapest may not be the best option.
It is about the workshop and the workmanship that you trust.

Am using shell autoserv for my servicing. Quite ok and no hard selling of parts. Oil change and tire rotation done in 1 hour.

Reason why I stick to autoserv is coz I need reputable workshop with proper svc records as I want to retain AD warranty (my AD accept outside servicing).

Autobacs wise, they have cheap servicing packages esp in house brand. But take note they charge alot for labor charge. Sometime can be chop carrot head rates.

U mean $256 like that? Cannot be for normal service la..

If u say outsjde is $70 then most workshop is $120

Not servicing price. I mean change tyre price. Last time my tyre puncture and where there. But I think different shell station has different service centre is it ? Or really all belong to shell service centre ?
