urban people in developed countries taxed extra to create carbon credits , handicap their economy by raising cost and MNC leaving ....
developing countries cheat by pumping out carbon ...... u cannot count their carbon , u cannot make them pay for their output of carbon unless you invade them with army

urban people reduce a million tones carbon output .... developing country cheat by pumping out 1 million more and not letting you count it
