I m currently working as IT Compliance. I do not like this role as I always have to keep pushing IT infra folks to do things and since we are in different department, I sometimes have to endure their black face and sarcastic remark just to get things done.
I been applying for IT auditor role but no luck. Looks like the only chance to change job is if I m working in the same role in other companies. Is what I m experiencing in my current role as IT compliance the same other industries or companies? Or I m just having bad luck?
