Career change

Hi, I need some advices on courses to take.

I currently have a diploma in chemical engineering and after working for some time in related field, I really wanna take a change in career path.

I'm tech savvy so decided why not go into something that interests me. So here i am asking for advices on what are the courses/certifications that would let me crossover into the IT industry?

I'm fairly good at basic networking and system administrations but of course that's compared to the average folks. never did programming.

since you got dip in chemical engineering, why don't join oil and gas industry? more $ in that industry compared to IT.

Carrer Change

Hi I have the same thought recently,
Im reaching 35 soon. considering for a last carrer change.

Can any advise if a degree in necessary to excel in the IT trade. or can I just take up certification like MSCE , CCNA, ORCALE or even SAP...

I have tried a sales in a SI company, i will prefer to go into software. Can anyone advise if there is courses out there or i have to take up a degree course.

I just got a approval from SIM in degree in INFO COMM. Don't know if i should proceed?
