i think likely become trainer lor....everytime go back reservist also see alot of old officers doing the training. Not sure about those office admin type la...but i think those is got medical condition ba...if not most will end up in combat roles

Most likely end up as a SLTC holding appointments like CO.

you can range from Captain to Full Col depending on your performance.

in general most people will end at Maj/LTC as the barrier to CO level and beyond is quite high. not everyone will become CO.

also combat non combat matters a bit.

if u wan to pace to scholars, you can forget about it, their progression will definitely be faster than yours unless they really screwed up badly.

Or TS is uncharacteriscally exceptional vis-a-vis the scholars.

TS you first need to obtain the presidential scholarship or at least the SAF scholarship then you go on to complete your degree/masters and PhD, come back tour of duty and attend the Singapore Command and Staff College, SAF command college etc and you will likely be a full COL with 3
