I recently decided to do a career switch from my current industry to IT. I hate the job I used to do. I have a diploma relating to what I previously did and it’s more of a life science industry and have no relation to IT therefore , I was not able to land any interview for the IT jobs I’ve applied. I tried applying for SUSS ICT course and was accepted. However, due to personal reasons, I would need to be working as I study so I decided to go for part time instead. Recently, I came across Lithan Academy. I would need to go through a 5 month course and within 3 months of the course, I would be employed.
I am keen in joining the course just to be employed and penetrate into the IT sector. I was just wondering if there is any better options out there available for me? I tried calling the earn and learn programme for a specialist diploma but it required me to have a related diploma to gain admission.
