But that's not what i was referring to

Do you see high cholesterol as a negative?

It is produced by our bodies in the amount needed. Utterly essential. Individuals requirements are different.

Please do not go the way of some idiots like this non practising plant based doctor who tried ways and means to lower his numbers. Taking drugs.

Anyone on Carnivore Diet, following Anthony Chaffee. Low Carb Down Under, etc?

In sg very expensive and almost impossible to get "clean" any type of meat. No growth hormones, no antibiotics, grass fed and finished, no pellet feed. Even most fishes also not wild caught and fresh. All imports are subjected to some form of chemical treatment for transportation.

Hmm. I think the same can be said for any food. Isn't it.

but I found good options in cold storage.
grass fed beef and Spure chicken from Thailand seems good. Pork from NZ

Also. Main goal is have lots of fats - not protein - Butter , Ghee, Lard. It's very doable. Go check , calculate, cook then come back and let me know. We can compare notes. But main thing is the component of the diet. - the rest can slowly adjust.

Go out in the field then report back

what kind of human digestive system have: omnivores or herbivores or carnivores?

[ google ai ]:
Humans have a digestive system that shares features with both omnivores and herbivores, but is distinctly different from carnivores, with a long and sacculated intestine similar to herbivores for digesting plant matter, but also the capacity to digest meat. The human digestive system is considered omnivorous, meaning it is adapted to process a diet of both plant and animal matter, not exclusively one or the other.

Giant pandas have carnivore-like digestive systems despite their bamboo-heavy diet. They possess a relatively simple and short gastrointestinal tract, similar to other carnivores, and lack the necessary gut bacteria and enzymes to efficiently extract nutrients from plant matter. This carnivore-like anatomy and physiology make the giant panda a unique case, reflecting its evolutionary history as a member of the order Carnivora, which includes bears.

A giant panda eats a large amount of bamboo each day, consuming between 12 to 38 kilograms (26 to 84 pounds) to meet its energy needs, as bamboo is low in nutritional value and the panda's digestive system isn't optimized for processing it. Pandas spend a significant portion of their day, sometimes up to 14 hours, eating to compensate for the low nutritional content of bamboo.

They weigh between 70 kg (150 lb) and 125 kg (276 lb). The average weight for adults is 100 to 115 kg (220 to 254 lb). The giant panda's paw has a digit similar to a thumb and five fingers; the thumb-like digit – actually a modified sesamoid bone – helps it to hold bamboo while eating.

needs and wants are diff

Nope some food are relatively cleaner i.e. cheap fishes that has low commercial value.

And not all people can take lots of fats due to bio makeup. Each individual is different. For example, too much fats may cause reaction such as heart palpitations in some people. Some people can't digest fats very well.

Not need try.

Why don't you try and report back :(
