carousell account suspended

i was browsing carousell while waiting for a buyer of my item this evening . connected to wireless@sg wifi . unsure what happen, i got log out suddenly and then when i try to put in password to log in again, it says account suspended ....

anyone experience before?

i have only sold 5 books on it before and tonight was supposed to sell my dyson hairdryer.....

what is wrong with the app?
