Case airpressure

I have an enthoo primo and have a 240 radiotor placed ontop, towards the back of the case. This leaves a gap in the front top part in which ive set a 140mm fan there. However in doing so, it leaves a small gap between the radiator and the fan at both the front and back sides.

Should i leave it as such or should i remove the fan and cover the gaping area with a magnetic fan filter ?

In terms of case fans, i have a rear exhaust, to front intakes and 2 bottom intakes.
