Corsair AF series or SP series (with radiators/air resistance) are good ones.
Their ML series are good too, but they're more expensive

Thermaltake riing and flo series aren't too bad

+1 to Gentle typhoon. Jetflo is not bad too.

Noctua NF series is probably one of the best, if not the best. That said, it is expensive.

Depends on where you are installing them and whether you need pwm control...

Gentle typhoons if you don't need any led lighting
TT Riings are very nice too
Noctua vomit fans, take your pick. They introduced some coloured ones too, not too long ago
Corsair ML if you wanna try something different, but they are way overpriced

2nd hand SGD5 NZXT I bought from caraohell - I bought 5 at 20, controller can hoot at ebay at SGD11 to SGD13

I like the Coolermaster $10 120mm fans. Powerful and sufficient.
