Please recommend a good one that's silent and powerful. So far I have narrowed Noctua but not sure where to get it locally. Not keen on blings.

You can try Corsair ML Pro Magnetic Levitation Fans.

I'm using Corsair ML Pro.
There's a good selection of Noctua fans at Cybermind

noctua from amazon is ok pricing ..... but need to fulfil usd 125 in cart for free shipping ... and not every noctua model qualify ship to sg
warranty is worldwide , u break the fanblade in half , upload the photo to them

what I was disappointed .... some fan experts at overclock.net told me whatever fancy name SSO SSO2 bearing ... is just another variantion of sleeve bearing ....
there are only 2 type of bearing ....... sleeve and ball
rifle , hdb , fdb ... whatever ... they are still sleeve bearing
what matters is the quality of the bearing

you can consider Corsair air series quiet edition

I've had them in the past but don't think they pull that much air when used as intakes through a filter/restricted front casing. A little underwhelming to be honest. The SP versions are better.

But if the TS has no issues on price, Noctua and Corsair ML Pros perform better. Phanteks fans based on my past experience are also very good and are much cheaper.

Good point there. What do you tihnk of https://www.amazon.com/Anti-Stall-B..._SR244,320_&psc=1&refRID=PZJ77NTWK6B158S61HJA

Can't seem to find in CM pricing. If price does not differ much, I dont mind supporting local vendors.

because you are loading the items from 3rd party vendor not amazon.com

^amazon.com doesn't sell the entire range of noctua fans

if don't have , then select another design of the same size

first step is filter the results to reduce the time wasted browsing ineligible product listing sold by 3rd party vendor

a bro is selling Reeven Coldwing 120 in blue forums.. bought a pair of PWM fans for my Arc mini front intake, very quiet & moving decent amount of air against the HDD racks.. very good pricing also..
but no official warranty.. has only 1 week personal warranty..

just my 2 cents..
