Although sometimes the item may be shipped and sold by amazon and qualify for free shipping to sg (US$125 cart), but maybe temporarily the option to click that is not there cos OOS under them, but available from other 3rd party sellers. And yes, not all items will be in the program. But there are a good number that are.

I just did a quick test as an example... all these worked.

which are the model bestto be use for cpu cooler and case fan.

Noctuas are good, but not the best. I bought my regular Noctua NF-F SP fans because snake oil salesman linus said how great they were. I thought they were good until I swapped them out for PWM modded 2150 GTs then I realised the noiseerformance was very noticeably better at the same 1500 RPMs.

Noctua's moderate 1500 RPM (some NF and A series) sounds more like a whine. GT only can hear wind turbulence if applied on something like a rad or through layers of filter.

I using noctua redux 140mm round frame 1500rpm

slight hum sound when max speed (voltage control because PWM profiles bugged on my motherboard) about 1600rpm , not annoying

yes, amazon has good policy however i think they changed international courier? Used to receive goods from DHL and recently they changed to Aramex. Not as good as DHL imo
