Not sure you own switcheasy canvas before for other ipad..

My first iPad casing is switcheasy canvas and I love it..

But over times, I find it is rather heavy though it offers good protection and looks professional too..

That is why I decide to buy back casing (switchasy cover buddy) and the apple smart cover for my new iPad mini LTE..

Anyway, it is your choice... Merry Christmas too

i have use switcheasy canvas for iPad 2/3 before and yes it is a good case but it does add considerable amount of bulk and weight to your slim device and there is a flaw with the rubber "feet" when you use it to put the ipad to video mode it will slip down after using it for a while but not too sure they have improve on this flaw.

and one more thing,don't bet on any drop protection for this case as i have seen people drop their ipad using this case and the whole ipad will "fly" out and case crack badly.

i am not advising against buying this case but to me it dun seems to be an ideal case,just my 2 cents.

Agreed with palmtungsten and skipper, I only used my switcheasy canvas on my iPad 2 for while before I switch to other casing.. Gave it away when I sold my ipad2, now chose switcheasy cover buddy and Smart Cover over switcheasy canvas for my iPad mini

I think this ish the best combo liao, can show off the nice back of the case(if clear ver) and also provide almost full coverage over the ports. For the front, the Smart Cover will suffice.

yup, so far only seen it at infinite/bestdenki outlets, others like nubox or epicentre do not carry SwitchEasy's ipad mini range of cases.

My friend bought the joy factory brand from epicentre.. looks nice and more importantly, the casing is light. Though it supports wake/sleep functionality, has not tried it on my friend iPad mini
