Cashier Order from Bank

I need to pay quite a large sum of money (>100k) to HDB for my resale flat and was asked to use cashier order by the HDB officer.

Anyone knows which bank would be good to get the cashier order from in terms of charges and max amount.

you dun much choice dude, you can only buy the CO from the bank where you have the >100k savings in that bank unless you have multiple 100ks in different banks then you have the luxury of choosing else you are pretty much stuck.

Alternatively, if you are taking bank loan (and hence have a lawyer), can issue cheque to the lawyer who will then issue the CO to HDB, this saves you the $5/15.
