Casing fans

These casing fans, over time, do they slow down or stop working completely?

When the bearing wear out they do slow down. They completely stop when they are seized. It happens regularly on sleeve bearing fans that's why other bearings fans are made to increase the lifespan of the fan.
All of the bearings have their pros and cons.

so i guess it wasn't just a placebo feeling that my fan is pushing lesser over time :crazy:
