Medium Tower casing with built in hot-swap drive dock accessible from the front?

Recommend casing with built in hot-swap drive dock accessible from the front of casing.
Something similar to cosair 800D but preferably a medium tower instead.

Thanks

Those bays costs ~$20. You can get them and simply install them into your 5.25" bays. Get whatever case you like.

These so called "docks" are nothing more than just some mechanical parts plus a sata power & sata connector. Definitely not worth the S$19 I paid for them. Though, I have many of them in many of my PC as they are just very handy.

Let alone getting a 'sophisticated' chassis that boast about having "docking" capability & charge an arm and a leg for them.

Anyway, just a suggestion.

The full size chassis needs to open up the side panel to access the harddisk. That's not so "hot-swap" as such racks were meant to be.

I like the ITX one. Though, so far only 1 AMD ITX board has that many SATA ports. :D:s13:

Perhaps i miss out 1 crucial criteria which is for the dock to be accessible from the front of casing like the 800D.

Reason being my casing is inside a cabinet so I can swap the drive without dismantling all the cables, take the casing out of the cabinet, remove the side panel....

Hope you guys get what i mean & why as well.

Some examples to better understand what u mean by front access.

I also would prefer built-in instead of DIY if possible

Although this casing is hideous, I like that their hot swapped access is at the front

Both cases only has a single hot swap bay

They are really hard to find simply because you can get any case that you like and convert the 5.25 bay to a hot swap bay, no reason for them to implement it in their design

Thanks for the recommendation. I have previously looked at them already.

However, honestly I am very, very amazed by their limiting design options for front loading HDD, much less even having them hot-swapped.

Its like a common template among casing designers. *facepalm*

And to add on, from what i have seen (no disrespect to multiple fan lovers or watercooling users), casing designs seems to focus largely on the following:-

1) getting as much air/ventilation into & out of the case

&

2) increasing the number of holes to allow for various watercooling tubing to pass through

That is it. Period

Honestly *facepalm*
