Caught by MPs

Hello, just wanted to check. What happens to a soldier after he's caught by MP? Does he straightaway enter DB or will his case be reviewed first?

Uncontrolled substance or controlled?

if is the former why will kena caught?

Charged lor. Is like police arrest don't straight away go jail.

why he so desperate? like army alot? ask him go sign on... go consume uncontrolled substances... is that those drugs?

probably the usual charges if the results are against him... Good luck to him if that is so... extend his 2 yrs just for this reason...:s22:

knew one that time I was still nsf... he did the those drugs ...saw him when I posted there and heard from those people...went inside dont know how long... then he early release due to good behavior or something... next day he went in again... same thing but this time CNB caught him...:s22: ord that time he still inside but this time dont know when he be out...:s22:

be reviewed and court martial

and tell him dun repeat it after hes out if not repeat offender he can go squat quite long

I have a friend that was caught in Camp for random check by MPs. He has uncontrolled substances with him and was charged 10months in DB... He was then extended his ORD date...

Dono sia this came as a shock to me when i heard also. If charged then will sit in db how long?

investigation, then decide if want to charge, if charge, serious offense court martial, db?

I think they got confused. Should be controlled substance. If is uncontrolled, I don't see why he will be in trouble.

Think you should take reference to Singapore laws to give you an idea. I don't believe getting caught while in service with using a controlled substance is anyway less serious when getting caught out of service.

Is like if you are caught with ecstasy, you will get certain sentence when you are a civilian.

So if say if say civilian goes to jail, then pretty sure in there military will go to DB that kind.

How I know... depend on how they going to charge him with...

what a silly thing for him to do... it not worth it since he going to extend his ord dates... :s22:
