On 9 Nov 2013 I place and other with Innotec to install 2 CCTV. After installation in December, but before commissioning one of the camera could not work due to rain water (although I was told both cameras are water proof). I waited for one month for a replacement camera. So in Jan a new camera arrive and was installed. However within a week the camera ceased functioning. I called Innotec and they send a technician to come and test on 12 Feb. He said the wires and connectivity are good, must be the camera faulty. The technician said they will replace as it is under warranty. Another appointment was made on 17th Feb but again another technician went through the same process to check the connectivity. I asked them why are they not replacing. They told me they have no stock of the camera. Why then did they make a appointment and wast my time.
My point is do not trust this company Innotec. Do not use them for any service.
