I already colledted my CDC voucher based on my HDB residential address. My mum recently passed away and Im the executor of her HDB. As an executor of her house, can I get take her CDC voucher? How to go about it legally? Should I change my address?

If you're referring to the personal one, probably not. However, nothing is stopping you from using her singpass to claim it, but do mentally prepare to spend a couple weeks in Changi chalet a couple of years down the road.

Noted. CDC is per household. Cannot use her Singpass as she passed away.
