Cebu in September

Hi all.

Am planning a trip to Cebu for some diving and water activities.

Just wondering, should I be worried about monsoon / raining days?

Any suggestions?

because of the typhoons coming, that's why weather is wet. but aside from that its quite a place to be, where in cebu ur going to?
