Certain website not refreshing on iphone safari

Have tried clearing the browser history & data but this one website still keeps showing the old data. I know its old cos when i view on my office pc its new data.

What website is it? Any content blocker on your iPhone?

Country club in spore. I use purify but never had issues before leh.
