1. Told me to leave my number so that their customer service staff can call me back to answer my enquiry. Yes someone called me back but was looking for someone else instead. Realised she called the wrong customer then tell me to someone else will call me back now hang up. Never did.
2. Called again in the evening. Spoke to one staff . She put me on hold and never came back to me, simply cut off my line after waiting for like 15mins.
3. Even have rude staff who addressed my by my name n surname.

Yes similar experience here. Same with citistate. Want me to sent them an email first before they would make a booking for me.
Just wonder if these sales people get a commission or just basic salary.

why bother even to go for travel agent, they are useless. no commission = no service

I wanted to book a cruise with Chan Bros. Did not return my call several times. Finally book the cruise with RCI online in the UK. They phone me on Sunday night twice and finalise the booking for me.
