reusing PSU (650W), storage(1 128gb ssd and 1 2TB HDD) and other peripherals

Intel Core i5-4570, Asus GeForce GTX 970, Cooler Master Elite 130 - OralMaster MINI ITX build - OralMaster's Saved Part List - PCPartPicker

okay updated and read about asus card being overpriced, so changed

You may want to consider itx mboard that has usb 3.0 headers for the front panel of ur casing.

Or else the 2 blue color USB ports (USB 3.0 is blue) will be useless.
