Change Default OST Path on Outlook 2013

I just formatted my PC and reinstalling Office 2013. I did it before successfully before I formatted my PC. Now, it doesn't seems to be working for some reason.

I want to change my default OST folder and I followed the instructions given:

But its still not working. However, creating PST in the new location seems successful for some reason.
