Changi rewards benefits

As the inflation goes so high and thinking of GST absorbed shopping like iShopChangi, how am I able to utilise my changi rewards, AMEX Krissflyer ? Anyone has a good recommendation how am I able to utilise as a frequent traveller?

They have regular 15% or 18% promo codes with minimum spend eg $400/$800 and stack with credit card points

dont buy their wine or champagne as supermarkets can get cheaper. I buy their facials (eg. lancome, sheiseido, clarins) and Aveda shampoos and sometimes Loccitane stuff. Not too sure if really good deal anot as hardly see people collecting at the counter.
